Saiko J3 Tactical Pistol Standards
The Saiko (supreme) standards were developed with the elite shooter in mind. These times have been carefully chosen through trial and error and feedback from some great shooters. They are extreme but they are absolutely achievable.
The Saiko J3 Tactical pistol standards includes a heavy emphasis on speed and accuracy to prepare for a self-defense situation. There is no such thing as being too good when you are fighting for your life.
The test includes the following:

- Weapons manipulation
- Movement
- Transitions
We created the Saiko pistol standards to give shooters some insane times to strive for and incentive to improve. We emphasize performance while under stress and pressure.
The pistol standards test can also be a part of private training or designated special training events.

1. Shoot a continuous video
2. Show a clean target
3. Show distance using a tape measure
4. Stay in the frame the entire time you are shooting a stage
5. Show time
6. Show hits
Saiko J3 Tactical Pistol Standards:
Stage 1: 3 yards: Draw from concealment, fire 3 shots to USPSA alpha, 2 shots to 3x5 card. 1.5 seconds
Magazine configuration: 18 rounds total Main mag: 13 Spare mag 5 The Saiko J3 Tactical Pistol standards are meant to be performed from concealment. Starting positions are as follows: Hands relaxed, Hands at side, Hands High Thoracic. You are NOT allowed to prep your garment. Two mulligans are allowed at each stage. Two make ups are allowed for the whole course.
